Welcome to the Community & Social Development Agency.

we are deeply committed to catalyzing positive change and uplifting the lives of individuals at the grassroots level. Our primary focus is on poverty reduction through the timely delivery of essential services that directly impact the well-being of the people. Established by the Edo State House of Assembly, EDO-CSDA is dedicated to enhancing the socio-economic conditions of grassroots communities across Edo State, Nigeria.

Our Vision

Our vision is to foster a healthy and prosperous Edo State where every citizen has access to affordable and comprehensive healthcare services. We recognize the critical role that access to healthcare plays in improving the quality of life and ensuring the overall development of communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower and uplift grassroots communities in Edo State by facilitating the implementation of sustainable micro-projects aimed at poverty reduction and improving access to essential services. Through collaboration, support, and community engagement, we endeavor to build resilient communities and promote inclusive socio-economic development across the state.

Our Mandate

EDO-CSDA is entrusted with the responsibility of facilitating socio-economic development at the grassroots level in Edo State. Our mandate includes providing support and resources to empower communities in implementing micro-projects aimed at poverty reduction and improving access to essential services such as healthcare, education, and water supply. Through collaborative efforts, we strive to build resilient and self-reliant communities that contribute to the overall development of the state.

Community and Social Development Agency

EDO-CSDA actively supports the empowerment of communities and vulnerable groups within them. We facilitate the development, implementation, and monitoring of social infrastructure and service micro-projects. These projects encompass a wide range of basic services, including healthcare, education, water supply, and more. By providing grants sourced from the state government, we empower communities to fund and execute their chosen micro-projects, thereby fostering ownership and sustainability.
